I think the team and more importantly individuals learnt from past mistakes. We knew we had to win this game and Dundas to their credit made it as tough as possible along with the windy conditions. Josh, Yeob and Ella really stepped up today and this made a world of difference. Jarod the top goalie stopped a possible equaliser by coming way out of the penalty box to clear the ball. Jon put us on the winning streak with his trademark run away goal. Much better  Effort this week from everyone. Well done.

We played composed and though it was quite a friendly atmosphere everyone Played seriously. We didn’t play to the windy conditions kicking the ball high Rather than short low passing and the numerous attempts at goals proved fruitless. Stand in goalie Logan had it quiet in the back and managed to keep a clean sheet at the end. The defence was solid and with less changes settled into a good routine. The mids worked well together and feed a lot of ball to the forwards. We may have just found our Mojo in time.

We came here expecting to take the crown from the undefeated division leaders what happened was they gave us a soccer lesson. We were outplayed everywhere And if not for Nadia’s great goal keeping would be looking at double figures. What we can get out of this is we managed to defend better than we have before and the need to arrive early to matches and prepare. We look forward to the last game where we will be ready to play some brilliant football.
