Season 2011: April 27th - Edition No. 5

Hope your Easter was relaxing and restful as we now enter a four month period of weekend soccer .
As I write my contribution to this week's Dribble, the weather is looking ugly and training may not be on.
If that is the case, please keep in contact with your team coach and manager as they will have accurate information about your weekend games, particularly the 11/3,12/2 and senior, who have catch up games on Sunday as well .
It is two and half weeks till our annual gala day for U8. On Sunday 15 May, we hold a very popular day which has been a good
Fund raiser for the club , as well as showcasing some great SSG soccer .
Traditionally our U.8 parents provide great support on the day, but if you would like to assist on the day please speak to one of our committee members.
Not much more to report at present , let's hope the weather improves by the weekend !!!!!

Hi,I'm Shauna
You might have seen me taking photos of the Ermington teams playing on the day.
We attach these pictures in the following weeks "Dribble" newsletter.
I can be spotted, wearing the bright fluorescent vest and stylish hat and sometimes "Buddy" the friendly Ermo supporting dog by my side.
If you are uncomfortable with Shauna taking photos of your children please let her know.
The images are distributed to members of of our club via the newsletter and children's full names are never displayed along with the photos.

Once again we find ourselves at the start of a new season of soccer at Ermington United.
As you can appreciate clubs are run on the support of its members and volunteers whether a player, supportive parent, team coaches, team managers, committee members and we thank you all very much for that support.
