for Week Ending 31 Jan 2010
Well, it's late in being sent, but I did send it.
There was only the one game played this week as C Grade was called off and rescheduled because they had put us on to play at the same time as B Grade. Unfortunately, there's 3 or 4 players for C Grade who also play B Grade, so Redcliffe changed the times for us and C Grade will have a double header next week (luckily for me, I didn't know how I was going to split myself and be in two places at once....I know I'm good, but I'm not THAT good hehehe).
Having said that, I wasn't able to attend the game and as such, can't really give you a wrap up of the game, however, I can say that we slaughtered Bets Vets 23-1. Good work ladies, keep it up. It also means that I don't have a player for the 'Player Profile', oh well, I'll get someone next week.

8.30am - Galaxy 3 Vs PCYC Gold (U12) on Diamond 2
1.10pm - Galaxy 2 Vs Eagles 2 - (C Grade) on Diamond 3
2.50pm - Outlaws 1 Vs Galaxy 1 (B Grade) on Diamond 4
4.30pm - PCYC Gold Vs Galaxy 2 (C Grade) on Diamond 7
U12's have canteen duty from 8.15am - 9.50am and C Grade have canteen from 2.35pm to 3.50pm. Please see Lyanne if you can help out with the canteen.
Please call your respective coaches closer to the date to make sure there haven't been any changes to the games etc. Or you can get draw information from the Redcliffe Softball Assoc website at www.redcliffesoftball.com.au and click on the 'Draws' tab.
Important Information
- Next committee meeting will be on Monday 8 February at 7.30 pm. At this stage, we're not sure where, so I'll let you know at a later date. It would be appreciated if all teams could be represented at the meeting. We will be discussing the end of season break up party, so if you want your say into what we do, please come along.
- Please let either myself of Lyanne know if you are interested in playing winter season (starts a few weeks after the finals for summer season). We only play every second Saturday, but play a double header. Cost is around $45 for the season.
