There is only one week of fixutres left for our teams to make their mark on the final tally board.
Unfortunately our baby team, the Under 14B's, had their last game last week, with a bye in this final week. On the other hand, our baby team finished their season with a huge win of 7 - 4 against Redsox who are currently third on the ladder. Our girls were the youngest team in the division with the majority of them qualifying for the under 12 age group. Congratulations girls.
Our two under 16 teams have had mixed results. While our new team are currently last, they have made a massive improvement from the beginning of the season and should be proud of themselves. Our more experienced team should finish at least second, with an extremely high probability of Minor Premiers. Congratulations girls and good luck for the final series.
Last, but definately not least, our C grade ladies. They had a slow start to the season, and there was a time where we did not think they would make finals, but with third, fourth and fifth all riding on 16 points, the final four will come down to the wire on the final fixture day. Good luck ladies, and give it your all!!!
Not only are we preparing for the finals, but preparations are also underway for the end of season presentation night. This night has proven to be a success, with a great time had by all, young and old. The continuous slide show of action photos from throughout the season, along with formal presentations on the big screen keep everyone entertained. Come along and celebrate the end of the season in fashion.
