Athboy Archery Club in Co Meath Ireland was formed 4 years ago and has about 40 members. We cater for all ages, genders and abilities. In 2012 we are hosting our first competition, the Junior Euronations with archers from Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. It will cost about €20,000 euro to run the event which will also include the official opening of our club grounds. We would be grateful if you would consider the club for a grant. At the moment things are to good in Ireland with huge numbers of people out of work and our banks in a bay way which is making it very difficult for small clubs like us to survive.
