We are a cricket club with a rich history in Melbourne’s outer eastern suburbs. We have over 50 members each year who compete in 4 senior teams and two junior teams. Each team plays on Saturday from October through to March every season.
We are a club of great success. Each of our teams regularly place in the finals of the Ringwood and District Cricket Association (and formerly the Eastern Cricket Association). In the 2007/2008 season, our 2XI side won the B grade Premiership in the Eastern Cricket Association.
We are currently seeking a ‘Platinum’ Sponsor. Please find attached details.
Opportunities for advertising exposure are enhanced by the number of games, location of games and the number of spectators or visiting players who attend our home ground at Heathmont Reserve. There are: -
• There is a total of 13 home and away games per team plus finals games.
• Each week two senior and two junior home games are played, with visiting players and spectators exposed to any advertising material exposed at home games – banners, sponsor patches and branding on scoreboards.
• Our annual yearbook is circulated to 50+ families.
Other opportunities include:
• Advertising / promotion opportunities – acknowledgement in every newsletters / flyer issued by the club, acknowledgement and advertising space in year book, fence signage at our home ground Heathmont Reserve (subject to council approval), signage inside the club rooms, and distribution of your advertising material at clubrooms. The opportunity for people to see signage will be enhanced with our participation in the RDCA 20/20 competition with our first game on 17th November 2009 and a second (at home) on the 24th November. We have an U10 team competing on a Friday night also – so the number of games and people at the ground is now far greater than simply Saturday games.
• Naming rights to – specific presentation night trophies. Trophies may include for example, the Sponsor Name Shield for Senior Club Champion or Junior Club Champion.
• Free Tickets – invitation and free attendance at the club’s presentation night; invitation to all club events and social evenings.
• Club Apparel – free provision of some club apparel (jacket, casual shirt) – depending on the level of sponsorship.
• Complimentary Subscriptions – waive playing fees for sponsor or one member of the sponsor’s family (nominated by the sponsor). Provide an opportunity for the sponsor or sponsor’s representative to enjoy casual appearances in club games.
• Press Coverage – attempt to secure some local press coverage that will promote the club and acknowledge sponsors. This can’t be guaranteed as a result, but the attempt can be guaranteed. Alternatively, we can make players available for any press coverage opportunities organised by sponsors.

Platinum Package - Recognised on our website as the platinum sponsor with a large logo and banner at the top of each page, a link to your website on our web page, playing top patches on the front and sleeve of our shirts, acknowledgment in newsletter/flyers/advertising, a full A4 colour advertising page in our yearbook, Temporary banners at all home ground events and presentation night (to be supplied by the sponsor - potential for 4 banners, 2 of which facing the busy Canterbury Rd), a scoreboard sticker, advertising material in club rooms, opportunity to address players, patches on all club kit bags, naming rights for the RDCA Twenty20/Super 8s/Dream Team Competition, Trophy or Shield for Senior or Junior Club Champion, club apparel (2 jackets, framed baggy club hat, 2 casual club shirts), 8 tickets to our presentation night, four players' fees for sponsor or nominated player, media coverage where possible and certificate of appreciation.

Gold Package - Recognised on our website as the gold sponsor with a large logo, a link to your website on our web page, playing top patches on the sleeve of our shirts, acknowledgment in newsletter/flyers/advertising, a full A4 black and white advertising page in our yearbook, Temporary banners at all home ground events and presentation night, a scoreboard sticker, advertising material in club rooms, opportunity to address players, patches on all club kit bags, naming rights for the RDCA Twenty20/Super 8s/Dream Team Competition, Trophy or Shield for Senior or Junior Club Champion, club apparel (2 jackets, framed baggy club hat, 2 casual club shirts), 4 tickets to our presentation night, one player's fees for sponsor or nominated player, media coverage where possible and certificate of appreciation.

Silver Package - Recognised on our website as the silver sponsor with a medium logo a, a link to your website on our web page, acknowledgment in newsletter/flyers/advertising, a half A4 advertising page in our yearbook, Temporary banners at all home ground events and presentation night (to be supplied by the sponsor), a scoreboard sticker, advertising material in club rooms, opportunity to address players, patches on all club kit bags, naming rights for the RDCA Twenty20/Super 8s/Dream Team Competition, Trophy or Shield for Senior or Junior Club Champion, club apparel (1 jacket and 1 casual club shirt), 2 tickets to our presentation night, media coverage where possible and certificate of appreciation.

Bronze Package - Recognised on our website as the bronze sponsor with a small logo a, a link to your website on our web page, acknowledgment in newsletter/flyers/advertising, a quarter A4 advertising page in our yearbook, Temporary banners at all home ground events and presentation night (to be supplied by the sponsor), a scoreboard sticker, advertising material in club rooms, opportunity to address players, patches on all club kit bags, naming rights for the RDCA Twenty20/Super 8s/Dream Team Competition, Trophy or Shield for Senior or Junior Club Champion, club apparel (1 jacket), 1 ticket to our presentation night, media coverage where possible and certificate of appreciation.
