St. Ignatius Summer Soccer  
 


The St. Ignatius College Riverview on the lower Sydney north shore annually runs a soccer competition for the increasing number of ageing football fans in the local area called the "Over 35's six a side soccer".

The 2009/10 season is the competition's second season and with 16 teams reflects the popularity of the small sided game in the local area.

All matches are played on a Monday evening (weather permitting) in a carnival like atmosphere at the Riverview college during the summer to a backdrop of the distinctive sandstone college buildings in one direction and Sydney Harbour and the city in the other.
